摘　　要：某型着陆滑行灯采用LED照明技术和收放工作模式。本文首先分析了产品寿命剖面和任务剖面;然后结合产品特性,分析了影响寿命的敏感应力,选取了寿命试验应力;最后针对产品薄弱环节制定了加速退化试验剖面和振动/转动组合的力学试验剖面。本研究提出的寿命试验剖面制定方法和流程,为此类产品的寿命研究提供了有价值的参考。A type of landing taxi light using LED lighting technology and rotating working mode. Firstly, the product life profile and working profile are analyzed. Then, according to the product characteristics, the sensitive stress affecting the life is analyzed, and the life test stress is determined. Finally, the accelerated degradation test section and the vibration/ rotation mechanical test section are designed for the weakness of the product. The method and process of life test profile formulation proposed in this study provide valuable reference for the life study of such products.
