摘　　要：GSM-R无线列调业务监控在保证铁路行车安全中起着重要的作用,目前该工作由人工完成,不但浪费人力资源,并且工作效率不高.为解决该问题,设计了一套基于JAVA的GSM-R调度命令监控系统,实现实时数据采集、清洗、解析、处理和展示,并按照规则智能判定、告警异常列调命令,以达到节省人力资源,提升工作效率的目的.The monitor of GSM-R's radio communication service for train dispatching has been playing an important role in ensuring the safety of railway traffic.At present,the monitor is done manually,which does not only waste human labor but also has low work efficiency.To solve the problem,an automatic monitoring system for dispatching commands over GSM-R's radio communication based on JAVA is designed to realize real-time data collection,cleaning,analysis,processing,and display,and to intelligently determine and send off alarms for abnormal train dispatching commands according to the rules so as to achieve the aim of saving human labor and improving work efficiency.
