摘  要:砂尘环境模拟试验是研究坦克装甲车辆砂尘环境适应性的重要手段,控制系统是砂尘环境舱有效运行的核心。砂尘环境舱的控制涉及风速、压力、温度和湿度等多种状态参数,且不同参数之间存在相互影响。本文以理想气体状态方程及一维等熵流能量方程作为分析依据,计算并分析多参数之间的耦合,确定砂尘环境舱各试验阶段的控制逻辑,为砂尘环境舱的优化设计提供依据。The simulation test of sand and dust environment is an important means to study the environment adaptability of tank armored vehicles. The control system is the core of the sand and dust environment cabin. The control of sand and dust environment cabin involves various state parameters such as wind speed, pressure, temperature and humidity. There are mutual effects between these different parameters. In this article, based on the ideal gas state equation and one-dimensional isentropic flow energy equation, the interconnection between multiple parameters is calculated and analyzed, and the control logic of each test stage of the sand and dust environment cabin is determined. It can also provide the basis for the optimization design of the environment cabin.
