摘  要:为形成多年冻土区隧道动态信息反馈施工控制技术,主要研究了隧道施工冻融圈响应规律与控制要点。结果表明:喷射混凝土前,由洞内至围岩围岩内部,其温度逐渐下降。同一深度处围岩温度又会随时间缓慢增长;喷射混凝土后,尽管围岩越深部其温度逐渐降低,但浇筑混凝土产生的水化热对整个围岩温度场影响显著,总体来看,距离洞壁深度与水化热效果影响成反比,当深度超过2m,围岩受水化热作用轻微。喷射混凝土越晚,同一深度处围岩温度越高,冻融圈深度越大。In order to form dynamic information feedback construction control technology for tunnels in permafrost regions,the response law and control points of freeze-thaw zone in tunnel construction are mainly studied.The results show that the temperature decreases gradually from the inside of the tunnel to the inside of the surrounding rock before shotcreting.At the same depth,the temperature of surrounding rock will increase slowly with time.After shotcreting,although the temperature of surrounding rock decreases gradually with the depth of shotcrete,the hydration heat produced by pouring concrete has a significant effect on the temperature field of surrounding rock.Generally speaking,the distance from the tunnel wall is inversely proportional to the effect of hydration heat.When the depth exceeds 2m,the surrounding rock is affected by water.Thermochemical effect is slight.The later the shotcrete is,the higher the surrounding rock temperature is at the same depth,and the deeper the freeze-thaw zone is.
