后外联合后内侧入路治疗后Pilon骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析后外联合后内侧入路治疗后Pilon骨折的临床疗效。方法:纳入两院2014年10月-2018年10月收治的60例后Pilon骨折患者,以"入院顺序奇偶性"分为对照组(采取后外侧手术入路治疗,30例)、研究组(采取后外联合后内侧入路治疗,30例),比较临床治疗优良率、并发症、平均骨折愈合时间。结果:研究组临床治疗优良率显著比对照组高(P<0.05),并发症发生率显著比对照组低(P<0.05),平均骨折愈合时间显著比对照组短(P<0.05)。结论:后外联合后内侧入路可显著提高后Pilon骨折临床治疗效果,且并发症较少,骨折愈合速度较快,效果确切,值得借鉴。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment of posterior Pilon fracture via combined posterior-lateral and posterior-medial approach.Methods:From October 2014 to October 2018,60 consecutive patients with posterior Pilon fractures in two hospital were surgically treated,patients were divided into two groups according to odd and even number,control group(30 cases) were treated via posterior-lateral approach while research group(30 cases) were treated via combined posterior-lateral and posterior-medial approach.Clinical excellent and good rate,complications,and the average fracture healing time were observed.Results:The excellent and good rate of clinical treatment in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The average fracture healing time in the research group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined posterior-lateral and posterior-medial approach can significantly improve the clinical effect of treatment for posterior Pilon fracture, with fewer complications, faster fracture healing speed.
