摘 要:采用水热合成法制备了纳米晶堆积多级结构ZSM-5分子筛,通过正交设计考察了晶化温度、晶化时间和pH值3个因素对其结构性能的影响。在小型固定床反应器上考察了纳米晶堆积多级结构ZSM-5分子筛制备条件对噻吩烷基化反应的影响。结果表明:在晶化温度170℃、晶化时间24 h、pH值11.5条件下制备的纳米晶堆积多级孔ZSM-5分子筛,表面积390.0~434.0 m^2/g、总孔容0.28~0.31 cm^3/g、平均孔径8.2 nm,颗粒粒径小于100 nm,具有较多的颗粒间堆积孔和适宜的酸量与酸强度,水热稳定性和热稳定性也较高,适合噻吩烷基化反应。Nanostructured multi-stage ZSM-5 molecular sieves were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis. The effects of crystallization temperature, crystallization time and pH on the structural properties were investigated by orthogonal design. The effect of preparation conditions of ZSM-5 molecular sieve on the alkylation of thiophene was investigated in a small fixed bed reactor. The result shows that the nanocrystalline stacked multi-stage pore ZSM-5 molecular sieve prepared at a crystallization temperature of 170 ℃, a crystallization time of 24 h and a pH of 11.5 has a surface area of 433.9 m^2/g and a total pore volume of 0.31 cm^3/g. The pore size is 8.2 nm, the particle size is less than 100 nm, and there are many interstitial pores and suitable acid and acid strength, and the hydrothermal stability and thermal stability are also high, which is suitable for the alkylation reaction of thiophene.
