摘 要:中国共产党报刊发展存在"政党工具"、"社会公器"、"生产事业"这三种逻辑。自1921年中国共产党创立到1978年改革开放期间,中国共产党办报工作基本沿着"报刊是阶级斗争的一种工具"的逻辑展开,在一定程度上导致了"官办官看"的困境和对报刊经济属性的排斥。要解决在新形势下办好党报,在保持党性的前提下不断增强党报的影响力的问题,关键在于实现中国共产党报刊三种发展逻辑的融合,在更加宏观的尺度实现党性与人民性、经济效益与社会效益相统一。In the course of the CPC newspaper,there are three types of development logic:"party tools","social instruments"and "production cause". From the founding of the CPC in 1921 to the reform and opening up in 1978,the CPC newspaper was basically carried out along the logic of "the newspaper being a tool for class struggle",which,to some extent,led to the dilemma of official-owned dominance and the exclusion of the economic attributes of newspapers. To solve the problem of "running the party newspaper under the premise of maintaining the Party spirit",the key lies in fusion the three different development logic of the CPC newspaper,achieving the unity of the Party spirit and people’s nature,and the unity of economic benefits and social benefits.
