摘　　要：介绍了云南云天化股份有限公司云峰分公司100kt/a复合肥装置工艺流程。为解决云峰公司磷酸产能不足问题,采用磷酸中间产品稀磷酸生产氮磷钾产品,通过优化工艺操作,控制好系统水平衡和热平衡,减缓系统设备及管线结疤,提高了装置运行率。生产中装置产能提高近33%,节约磷酸浓缩蒸汽81~105kg/t。The process flow of 100 kt/a compound fertilizer plant in Yunfeng Branch of Yunnan Yuntianhua Co., Ltd.is intro duced.In order to solve the problem of insufficient phosphoric acid production capacity in Yunfeng Company,dilute phosphoric acid,the intermediate product of phosphoric acid,is used to produce nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium products.By optimizing the process op eration ,the water balance and heat balance of the system are well controlled, the scarring of the system equipment and pipelines is alle viated, and the operation rate of the plant is improved.The production capacity of the plant is increased by nearly 33% and the concen- trated steam of phosphoric acid is saved by 81-105 kg/t.
