摘　　要：介绍了鲁西化工集团有限公司60kt/aWSA湿法制酸装置硫化氢焚烧炉的设计和运行状况。该焚烧炉炉材选择铬刚玉耐火喷射浇筑料、内衬采用喷涂工艺厚壁设计、左右式挡墙方式,有效抵抗了“飞温”的热冲击,精确调控炉壳温度,避免了局部高温和冷凝酸腐蚀,硫化氢焚烧炉开车后,炉衬无坍塌损毁,运行稳定。The design and operation of hydrogen sulfide incinerator in 60 kt/a WSA plant of Luxi Chemical Group Co., Ltd.are in troduced.The chrome corundum refractory spraying castable, thick wall design of spraying process and left-right retaining wall are adopted for the lining of the incinerator.The thermal shock of flying temperature is effectively resisted, the shell temperature is accurate ly regulated, and the local high temperature and condensate acid corrosion are avoided.After the start-up of the hydrogen sulfide inciner ator, the lining of the incinerator does not collapse and runs steadily.
