摘　　要：运用文献资料法、专家访谈法对民俗体育现代化的具体表现进行深层次的研究,肯定了民俗体育现代化转型中的价值,多方位、多角度地探寻新时代背景下民俗体育的最优发展路径。研究认为:民俗体育现代化转型成因主要是中国社会经济高速发展带动民俗体育转型。提出:1)民俗体育理论研究要不断深化,民俗体育理论研究的学者要多深入基层实地调研,创造出更具有实际指导意义的研究成果;2)民俗体育要主动跨出国门,走向国际赛场,在开展民俗体育运动的同时更要注重文化的传播与交流,加强民俗体育翻译研究,打破语言障碍;3)民俗体育要积极与时代发展相融合,既要坚守优秀传统元素的传承,更要寻求符合人民美好生活需要的创新。By using the methods of literature review and expert interview, this paper makes a deep investigation and study on the specific performance of folk sports modernization, affirms the value of folk sports modernization transformation, and explores the optimal development path of folk sports under the new era background from various aspects and angles. The study holds that the main reason for the transformation of folk sports modernization is that the rapid development of China’s social economy has driven the transformation of folk sports. It is proposed that the theoretical research of folk sports should be deepened continuously, and scholars of folk sports theory should go to the grassroots level to conduct field research and write research documents with more practical guiding significance.Folk sports should step out of the country and go to the international arena. While carrying out folk sports, more attention should be paid to the spread and exchange of culture, the study of folk sports translation should be strengthened, and language barriers should be broken down. Folk sports should be actively combined with the characteristics of the times. The inheritance of folk sports should not only be "handed down" but also "inherited", insisting on the good parts of the original elements, but also be integrated with the characteristics of the new times and "inherited".
