摘 要:采用问卷调查法、逻辑分析等方法对长沙、株洲、湘西3个经济存在显著差异的地区农村中小学大课间开展现状及影响因素进行调查,并根据实际情况构建新常态下的湖南农村中小学大课间模式。研究结果表明:大课间体育活动课参与者年级、性别、地域的差异明显;内容枯燥、单一,缺乏地域特色;大课间活动的科学性即频次、时长、组织形式等地区差异明显。校领导的办学理念、师资队伍的建设、活动内容、硬件设施以及家长等是主要影响因素。大课间构建时,活动内容应根据地区文化经济发展情况,结合本地地理环境和民族文化,因地制宜、因人而异的设计和开发大课间体育活动的练习内容。力争做到激发学生积极参与,内容设置合理,保护非物质文化遗产传承,有效促进阳光体育活动全面发展,进而促进学生体质提升。By using the methods of questionnaire and logical analysis, this paper investigates the current situation and influencing factors of break-time physical exercises in rural primary and secondary schools in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Western Hunan, where there are significant economic differences, and constructs the break-time physical exercises mode under the new normal. The results show that there are obvious differences in grade, gender and region of participants in break-time physical exercises, the content is dull, homogenized and lacks regional characteristics, and the scientificity of break-time physical exercises, namely frequency, duration, organizational form, has obvious regional differences. The main influencing factors are the idea of school leaders, construction of teachers, activity content, hardware facilities and parents. During the construction of break-time physical exercises, the content of activities should be designed and developed according to the development of regional culture and economy, local geographical environment and national culture, and according to local conditions and different people. It strive to stimulate students’ active participation,set up reasonable content, protect the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage, effectively promote the all-round development of sunshine sports activities, and then promote the improvement of students’ physique.
