摘 要:通过对壳聚糖的化学修饰,合成了系列(部分)烷基化壳聚糖衍生的接枝型两性高分子表面活性剂(Rm,n-CTS-SB).采用红外光谱、1H核磁共振、元素分析等方法对产物的分子结构以及烷基化取代度(D.S)进行了表征与测定;同时,对合成产物的水溶性、表面张力等作了测试分析.结果表明:产物(Rm,n-CTS-SB)具有良好的水溶性与表面活性,其性能与烷基疏水链长度、取代度呈现规律性的变化.其中取代度为20%的R10, 2-CTS-SB产物表现出典型的接枝型高分子表面活性剂的特性,且最低表面张力值可降至26.9 mN/m.A series of grafted polymer amphoteric surfactants (R m, n -CTS-SB) derived from (partially) alkylated chitosan were synthesized by chemical modification of chitosan. The molecular structure and alkylation degree of substitution of the product were characterized and determined by infrared spectroscopy, 1 H-NMR and elemental analysis. Furthermore, the water solubility and surface tension of the products were tested. The results showed that R m, n -CTS-SB has excellent water solubility and surface activity, and their performance showed regularly change with the varieties of length and D.S of hydrophobic alkyl chain. The R 10, 2 -CTS-SB ( D.S 20%) exhibits the feature of a typical graft-type polymeric surfactant and its lowest surface tension could be reduced to 26.9 mN/m.
