摘 要:研究了以β-萘酚和醛为原料,高氯酸为催化剂,在以1,2-二氯乙烷为溶剂的体系中,合成制备14-烷基(芳基)-14H-二苯并[a,j]氧杂蒽衍生物的方法.研究结果表明:在85℃下进行,当醛为芳香醛时,产率高达85%~96%;当醛为脂肪醛时,产率为76%~85%.因此,该方法催化时间短,反应速率快,产率高,操作简便.A series of 14-alkyl(aryl)-14H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthene derivatives were synthesized by using beta-naphthol and aldehyde as raw materials, perchloric acid as catalyst and 1,2-dichloroethane as solvent. The results showed that at 85 ℃, when the aldehyde was aromatic aldehyde, the yield was as high as 85% to 96%;while when the aldehyde was fatty aldehyde, the yield was 76% to 85%. Therefore, this method had the advantages of short catalytic time, fast reaction rate, high yield, readily work-up.
