摘  要:现有的无障碍设施完全无法满足盲人的出行需要,智慧城市的建设为这一问题的解决提供了契机。通过问卷调查法、现场访谈法和自创的线路模拟调查法,得出了盲人的基本出行特征和面临的主要问题。基于调研结果,提出了城市盲人出行无障碍设施的发展趋势为系统化、智能化(互动性)和人性化。并且构建了一个新型的盲人出行无障碍设施体系,在这个体系中,系统化是基本思路,人性化是设计核心,GPS技术、GIS技术、RFID技术等是主要的技术支持,通过硬件系统、软件系统以及导盲产品的系统化这三个方面的建设,交织成一个相互联系的整体。该体系为今后城市无障碍环境的建设和智慧城市的发展提供了一种思路和策略。Existing barrier-free facilities can’t meet the travel needs of blind person, but the construction of smart city provides an opportunity to solve the problem. Through the questionnaire survey, field interviews and a self-created route simulation investigation, it is concluded that the blinds’ basic characteristics and main problems in the travel. Based on research results, we put forward that the development trends of urban barrier-free facilities for the blinds’ travel are systematization, intelligentialize(interactivity) and humanization. And a new barrier-free facilities system for the blinds’ travel has been structured. In this system, systematization is the basic train of thought, humanization is the core of design, and the GPS, GIS, RFID, etc are the main technical supports. Through the construction of the three aspects: hardware system, software system and systematization of blind navigation products, this system can interwoven into a connected whole. The research on this system provides a train of thought and strategy for the future urban barrier-free environment construction and the development of smart city.
