摘　　要：辛烷值损失大小是衡量S Zorb装置是否具有经济效益的一个重要指标。中石化洛阳分公司S Zorb装置自2019年扩能改造后,汽油辛烷值损失偏大。分析探讨了制约辛烷值损失大的原因,并通过优化反应系统各项关键参数,抑制或减少烯烃在反应器内形成烷烃反应的可能性,使汽油辛烷值损失较大程度的减少,对提高装置经济效益造有比较明显的影响。Loss of octane number size is measured whether S Zorb device is an important indicator of economic benefit,sinopec luoyang branch company S Zorb device since 19 years after revamping/expansion of the gasoline octane number loss is big,this article carries on the analysis to investigate the causes of restricting the octane loss is big,and the key parameters by optimizing reaction system,inhibit or reduce the possibility of olefins in the reactor paraffin reaction,make the gasoline octane number loss reduced largely,to improve the device to the economic benefit has obvious effect.
