摘　　要：针对螺旋埋弧焊钢管生产中空气等离子切割烟尘对环境污染的问题,设计改进了一种工作稳定可靠的烟尘净化系统。该系统抽风口采用前面用鼓风机吹风,后面用集尘罩收集烟尘的办法,将切割产生的烟尘吸收干净;烟尘由滤芯净化器过滤烟尘,达到净化空气后排放。In view of the environmental pollution caused by air plasma cutting smoke and dust in the production of spiral submerged arc welded steel pipe.A stable and reliable soot purification system is designed.The air outlet of the system adopts the method of blower blowing in front and collecting smoke with smoke collecting cover in the back,which absorbs the smoke and dust produced by cutting,and the smoke absorbs into the filter core filter to filter the smoke and dust,so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the air.
