摘　　要：目的探讨昆明地区≥40岁的体检人群高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy)的发病率以及影响因素。方法随机选取2018年01月到2019年04月到昆明医科大学第一附属医院进行健康体检的40岁及以上体检者3446名进行调查,内容包括年龄、性别、Hcy、血脂等实验室检查,通过单因素方差分析,χ^2检验以及二元Logistic回归分析,分析其影响因素。结果昆明地区健康体检人群HHcy发病率具有性别、年龄差异,呈随年龄上升趋势,男性各组发病率均高于女性;二元Logistic回归分析显示:性别、年龄、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、尿酸(UA)、肌酐(CREA)均为HHcy的危险因素。结论昆明地区HHcy发病率较高,男性、高LDL-C、高尿酸(UA)以及高肌酐(CREA)是其主要危险因素。Objective To explore the prevalence of hyperhomocysteinemia in the population aged ≥40 years old in Kunming,and to analyze its related risk factors. Methods A total of 3446 subjects aged over 40 years,who took physical examination in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019, were randomly selected for this investigation, including age, gender, Hcy, blood lipid and other medical laboratory examinations. The related risk factors were analyzed by one-way Anova, Chi-square test and Binary Logistic regression. Results The incidence of HHcy among healthy people in Kunming showed gender and age differences,which increased with age. The incidence of HHcy in every male group was higher than those in the female groups. Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that gender, age, low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C), uric acid (UA) and creatinine (CREA) were all the risk factors for HHcy. Conclusion The incidence of HHcy in Kunming is common compared with other cities, and is mainly influenced by gender,high LDL-C, uric acid and creatinine.
