摘 要:针对纳米刀手术过程中心脏有效不应期实时检测困难这一问题,首先设计了一套高实时性、高准确率、低计算量的R波检测算法,然后结合固定延时的方法,实现心脏有效不应期的检测。本算法在传统R波时域分析法的基础上,增加了低阈值归零步骤、非标准R波过滤步骤以及利用移动窗口平均法设计的噪声识别步骤,然后从幅值和微分值两个角度设立动态阈值,实现R波实时检测功能。从QT数据库中抽取67组数据进行仿真,平均阳性预测度99.88%,平均延时13.02ms;将该算法移植到心电信号采集分析系统中,使用心电信号模拟发生器和临床心电进行验证,能够准确识别出R波并检测心脏有效不应期,有效解决了术中实时识别困难的问题。In view of the difficulty in real-time detection of the effective refractory period of the heart during Nano-knife surgery operation,R wave detection algorithm with high real-time performance and accuracy,low computational cost was designed,combined with the method of fixed delay to realize the detection of the effective refractory period of the heart.Based on the traditional R-wave time domain analysis method,the algorithm firstly added the low threshold zeroing step,the non-standard R wave filtering step,and the noise recognition step designed by the moving window averaging method,and then realize the real-time detection function of R-wave by setting dynamic threshold from amplitude and differential values.67 sets of data were extracted from the QT database are simulated,average positive predictive degree was 99.88% and the average delay was 13.02 ms.The algorithm is transplanted into ECG signal acquisition and analysis system,and verified by ECG signal simulator and clinical ECG.It can accurately identify R wave and detect effective refractory period of heart.The algorithm effectively solved the problem of real-time identification during clinical operation.
