摘　　要：开放式服务规范化管理是高校图书馆发展的需求,是高校图书馆资源的充分利用,信息资源传播与应用更便捷的需要。高校图书馆必须建立开放式服务社会共享体系,服务需求体系,快捷灵活的服务读者体系,实行完全开放的图书管理;建立高效的服务手段,及时调整和改进服务质量、服务流程和服务方式;建立一整套合理的、系统的、整体的、高效的服务体系,创新服务技术,创新网络阅读;建立开放式服务读者教育培训体系,开展阅读指导,确保开放式服务走上规范化管理轨道。The standardized management of open service is the requirement of the development,and the utilization,dissemination and application of information resources of libraries in universities and colleges.We must establish the fast and flexible sharing system for open social service of readers,featuring fully open book management;We must improve the service means,enhancing service quality,adjusting service process and mode of service;and establish the services system,which is reasonable,systematic and integrated.We should accelerate technological innovation,promote online reading,establish an open system for education and training,aiming at the more effective reading to ensure that open services are on the track of standardized management.
