摘 要:新疆塔河油田稠油开采以井筒掺稀技术为主,目前面临稀油紧缺问题,而井下注天然气可以有效减少稠油开采的掺稀量。为了探索稠油注天然气井筒举升过程中的沿程压力,采用高温高压井筒模拟装置,在不同温度和压力条件下开展了稠油注天然气井筒举升压降的实验研究,得出了稠油采取不同措施后的举升压降梯度。在Hagedorn-Brown模型的基础上,建立了井筒举升沿程压力的计算程序,得出了稠油采取不同措施后的井筒举升沿程压力。结果表明,天然气在稠油井筒举升过程中起到了降低混合重力和黏度的作用,可以有效减少稠油开采的掺稀量,掺稀量可以减少30%以上。Heavy oil exploitation in Tahe oilfield,Xinjiang,is mainly based on wellbore dilution technology,and is facing the problem of scarcity of thin oil at present.The downhole natural gas injection can effectively reduce the dilution of heavy oil exploitation.In order to explore the pressure along wellbore lifting process for heavy oil injection of natural gas,using the high temperature/pressure wellbore simulator,the experimental study on wellbore lift pressure drop of heavy oil injection of natural gas under different temperature and pressure conditions was carried out,and lift pressure gradient of heavy oil after taking different measures is obtained.On the basis of Hagedorn-Brown model,a program for calculating the pressure along wellbore lifting was established,and the pressure along the wellbore lifting process of heavy oil after taking different measures is obtained.The results show that natural gas plays a role in reducing mixed gravity and viscosity in the process of heavy oil wellbore lifting,and can effectively reduce the dilution of heavy oil exploitation,which can be reduced by more than 30%.
