摘 要:本试验旨在讨论不同浓度的低聚壳聚糖对团头鲂形体指标、肌肉成分及血浆生化指标的影响.选取体质量为164.80±0.61 g的团头鲂600尾,随机分成4组,每组5个重复,每个重复30尾,分别投喂添加0、25、50和100 mg/kg低聚壳聚糖的试验日粮,进行为期57 d的饲养试验.试验结果显示:饲料中添加低聚壳聚糖对团头鲂肝体比、脏体比、肥满度无显著影响;与对照组相比,添加低聚壳聚糖使团头鲂背肌粗脂肪含量有一定提高(P>0.05),对粗蛋白和粗灰分含量无显著影响;添加低聚壳聚糖能降低团头鲂血浆总胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量,其中50 mg/kg低聚壳聚糖能显著降低血浆总胆固醇含量(P<0.05).各试验组团头鲂血浆总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白和尿素氮含量与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05).结果表明,在本试验条件下,添加50 mg/kg低聚壳聚糖效果最佳.This study was conducted to investigate the effects of chitosan-oligosaccharide on the biological parameters,muscle composition and plasma biochemical parameters of Megalobrama amblycephala.The heathly fish weighing 164.80±0.61 g were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 30 fish per replicate.The fish in the 4 groups were fed basal diets with 0(control group),25,50 and 100 mg/kg chitosan-oligosaccharide,respectively.The experiment lasted for 57 days.The results showed as follows:the supplementation of chitosan-oligosaccharide had no effect on biological parameters and muscle composition(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)contents in the experiment groups tended to decrease,but only in the 50 mg/kg group TC was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,the supplementation of 50 mg/kg phytosterol exerted the best effects on Megalobrama amblycephala in the present study.
