基于PDCA循环理论持续改进科研项目完成质量

摘　　要：稳步推进科研项目实施、切实提高科研项目完成质量,是中央及地方各级政府科技主管部门及项目承担单位当前共同关注的重要内容。笔者详细介绍了将PDCA循环理论引用到提高科研项目完成质量中,利用鱼骨图来分析影响科研项目完成质量的相关因素,进而制定相应对策并实施,实现科研项目执行及管理的持续改进,最终达到持续改进科研项目完成质量。To steadily promote the implementation of scientific research projects and effectively improve the quality of scientific research projects is an important content that the scientific and technological authorities of the central and local governments at all levels and the units undertaking the projects all pay attention to.The author introduced in detail the introduction of PDCA cycle theory to improve the completion quality of scientific research projects,analyzed the relevant factors affecting the completion quality of scientific research projects with fishbone diagram,and then formulated and implemented corresponding countermeasures to achieve continuous improvement in the implementation and management of scientific research projects,and finally achieved continuous improvement in the completion quality of scientific research projects.
