全程护理模式在雾化吸入治疗呼吸系统疾病患儿中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨全程护理模式在雾化吸入治疗呼吸系统疾病患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年7月1日~2018年6月30日行雾化吸入治疗的100例呼吸系统疾病的患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例,两组均实施雾化吸入治疗,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施全程护理模式;比较护理后两组患儿治疗效果、肺功能、家属满意度及依从性。结果:观察组治疗效果、肺功能、家属满意度及依从性均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:对行雾化吸入治疗呼吸系统疾病的患儿实施全程护理模式,可提高患儿治疗效果,改善其肺功能,提高家属满意度和患儿依从性。Objective:To explore the application effect of whole-course care in children with respiratory diseases treated by atomization inhalation.Methods:From July 1,2017 to June 30,2018,100 children with respiratory diseases who received atomization inhalation therapy in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases each according to the random number table.The two groups received atomization inhalation therapy.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received whole-course nursing.The therapeutic effect,lung function,family satisfaction and compliance were compared after nursing between the two groups.Results:The treatment effect,lung function,family satisfaction and compliance of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The whole-course nursing model on children with respiratory diseases treated by atomization inhalation can improve the therapeutic effect,promote the lung function,and improve the satisfaction of the family members and the compliance of the children.
