摘　　要：本文介绍了环境执法监测报告中污染物排放标准选用方面存在的主要问题,并从各类污染物排放标准选用原则、标准的适用范围、标准执行的时间节点以及有关标准的修改单或复函等方面,提出了污染物排放标准选用时应把握的关键点。The main problems are discussed in environmental law enforcement monitoring reports about the selection of pollutants emission standards, which are the principles for the selection of emission standards for all types of pollutants,the scope of application of the standards,the time nodes for their implementation and the amendments or replies to the relevant standards.Some key points are emphasized in selecting pollutant emission standards.
