关于长江九江段“河长制”工作的思考

摘　　要：近年来,江西坚持走生态优先的发展之路,着力打造“美丽中国的‘江西样板’”[1]。河网密布的江西,在河流治理方面成效显著,但仍存在不足之处。本文从长江九江段河长制工作的实践出发,简要介绍了九江河长制的发展现状,对其治理成效、突出点以及目前河长制发展存在的困境进行了总结,并从治理方案、配套机制设置的角度提出了进一步发展的思考。In recent years, Jiangxi has adhered to the ecological priority development path and strives to create a “Jiangxi Model” of beautiful China [1]. Jiangxi, which has a dense river network, has achieved remarkable results in river management, but there are still deficiencies. Based on the practice of the long river system in the Jiujiang section of the Yangtze River, this paper briefly introduces the development status of the Jiujiang River long system, summarizes its governance effects, highlights and the current dilemma of the development of the river system, and from the governance plan, supporting The perspective of the mechanism setting suggests further development.
