摘　　要：高校仪器设备管理的目的是最大限度地发挥其使用效益,为教学和科研助力。运用项目化管理PDCA循环的过程动态管理方法,在仪器设备生命周期体系的指导下,针对仪器设备管理存在的困难,按照计划、实施、检查、处理与改进四个阶段,明确目标,根据实践中检查出的问题进行纠偏改进,据此循环,不断提高仪器设备的管理水平。The purpose of instrument and equipment management in colleges and universities is to maximize the use of benefits and to help teaching and research. Using the process dynamic management method of project management PDCA cycle, under the guidance of instrument and equipment life cycle system, aiming at the difficulties of instrument and equipment management, according to the four stages of planning, implementation, inspection, processing and improvement, clear objectives, according to practice the problems detected are rectified and improved. According to this cycle, the management level of instrument and equipment is continuously improved.
