摘  要:四溴双酚A(TBBPA)是一种持久性有机污染物(Persistent Organic Pollutants),广泛存在于空气、水体、土壤以及沉积物中。本研究选取海洋桡足类日本虎斑猛水蚤(Tigriopus japonicus)为模式生物,以1/10 96h-LC 50为实验浓度,研究了饵料暴露和水体暴露两种暴露方式下TBBPA对日本虎斑猛水蚤的毒性影响。结果显示,两种暴露方式下日本虎斑猛水蚤无节幼虫变态率均在90%以上(P>0.05)。水体暴露组日本虎斑猛水蚤的发育和生殖没有受到显著影响(P>0.05),而饵料暴露组日本虎斑猛水蚤无节幼虫发育至成体的时间、第一只挂卵雌体出现的时间以及产卵量均受到显著影响(P<0.05)。这表明TBBPA能对日本虎斑猛水蚤的发育繁殖产生影响,暴露方式会影响其毒性效应,日本虎斑猛水蚤更易受到饵料中TBBPA的影响。Tetrabromobisphenol A(TBBPA)is the most widely used brominated flame retardant in the world.It is a potential persistent organic pollutant and has toxic effects on organisms.In the paper,Tigriopus japonicus was selected as a model organism to study the effects of TBBPA on the reproduction and development of the T.japonicus in different exposure methods.The 96 h-LC 50 of TBBPA effect on T.japonicus was 3.106 mg/L.The experiment was divided into three groups:the control group,the algae exposure group and the water exposure group.The study found that the water exposure group had no significant effect on the development and reproduction of the T.japonicus(P>0.05),However,the algae exposure group significantly shortened the development time of Tigriopus japonicus,the time of emergence of the first ovipositor and the significant increase of the fecundity of T.japonicus(P<0.05).The accumulation of TBBPA in T.japonicus be affected by exposure methods,and the main way T.japonicus accumulates TBBPA is algae exposure method.
