摘  要:压力开关是火电机组保护系统中重要的一次信号元件,压力开关测量的准确性、可靠性及快速性直接决定了电厂保护系统能否正确、快速动作。针对机械式压力开关和压力变送器作为保护元件存在的不足,依据保护、调节、监视三分开控制系统设计原则,设计了微功耗、高可靠的两线制智能数显压力开关,并对智能压力开关进行可靠性设计和试验测试。测试结果表明,该压力开关有效地解决了传统压力开关存在的卡涩、偏移、不可监控和预测的问题,具有微功耗、高可靠、高精度和免校验等优点,为电厂保护系统的可靠运行提供了根本有效的保证。Pressure switch is an important primary signal element in thermal power unit protection system. The accuracy, reliability and rapidity of the pressure switch measurement directly determine the correct and fast operation of the power plant protection system. Aiming at the shortcomings of mechanical pressure switch and pressure transmitters as protection elements, this paper designsed a two-wire intelligent digital display pressure switch with low power consumption and high reliability according to the design principles of protection, regulation and monitoring. The reliability design and test of the intelligent pressure switch was carried out. The test results show that the pressure switch can effectively solve the problems of jamming, offset, non-monitoring and non-prediction existing in the traditional pressure switch, and has obvious advantages of low power consumption, high reliability, high precision and calibration-free, which provides a fundamental and effective guarantee for the reliability of the power plant protection system.
