摘　　要：文物保护工作由政府主导,需要社会各界的广泛参与。在政府部门人力、财力有限的前提下,引入社会资本和力量投入文物保护事业,是社会发展的必然趋势。国内外有许多相关案例值得借鉴,但在具体操作的时候需因时、因地制宜。文章以慈溪市社会力量参与文物保护事业的现状及存在问题为切入点,对社会力量如何参与文物保护,从制度、政策及舆论导向等方面出发提出相应的对策建议。The protection of cultural relics is dominated by the government,but it also requires extensive participation from all walks of life.Under the premise of limited human and financial resources of the government,the introduction of social capital and strength into the protection of cultural relics is an inevitable trend of social development.There are many cases at home and abroad that are worth learning from,but in the specific operation,it is necessary to adapt to the situation and the circumstances.This paper takes Cixi's social forces participating in the status quo and existing problems of cultural relics protection as the starting point,and gives suggestions on how to participate in cultural relics protection,such as system,policy and public opinion.
