摘  要:原油中所含的盐和水对常减压及后续装置的平稳生产、设备腐蚀危害巨大,如何准确检测油、水界位,确保原油中含盐水及时脱除,过去多种传统测量方式都没有取得满意的测量效果,且维护困难。文中详细介绍了射频导纳物位计的原理、特点、安装、调试等内容,概述了其在常减压装置电脱盐罐界位测量中的应用,应用结果表明:射频导纳物位计具有标定简单、维护量小、测量精度较高等特点。The harm of the salt and water contained in crude oil to stable production,equipment corrosion of the atmospheric and vacuum pressure and follow-up equipment is huge.How to accurately detect the oil,water interface to ensure the containing salt water in oil to be removed timely.In the past,a variety of traditional measurement methods have been used and no satisfactory measurement result is achieved with difficult maintenance.The principle,characteristics,installation and commissioning of RF guide level meter are introduced in detail.The application of the interface measurement in the electric desalination tank in the normal decompression device is summarized.The application proves the measurement equipment has the characteristics of simple calibration,small maintenance and high measurement accuracy.
