摘  要:基于xPC Target 实时目标环境,建立了旁路耦合微束等离子弧焊增材制造系统.运用UG/NX软件系统实现了增材制造过程中零件从模型建立、成形路径规划到执行代码生成的一体化和自动化.通过改变旁路电流的大小完成了304L不锈钢椭圆筒形零件和圆柱形零件的快速成形.对堆垛成形后的圆柱形零件进行铣削加工完成了不锈钢戒指零件的加工制造.Based on xPC Target real-time objective environment, a manufacture system of additive arc-welding with by-pass coupled micro plasma is set up. UG/NX software system is used to realize integralization and automatization of additive manufacture of parts from their modeling and formation path planning to execution code generation. Rapid formation of elliptical and cylindrical curved-surface parts of 304 L stainless steel is completed by changing the value of by-pass welding current. The deposition-formed cylindric part is milled to complete the fabrication of the stainless-steel ring parts.
