摘  要:为了研究叶片进口边穿孔后离心泵不稳定空化特性,以某低比转速离心泵为研究对象,基于SST k-ω湍流模型和Zwart空化模型,研究了叶片进口边穿孔前后叶轮内的流动特性及压力脉动特性.研究发现,对于低比转速离心泵,叶片穿孔后,低压区的分布范围较原型泵的分布范围小,压力梯度变化较原型泵的快;在空化条件下穿孔叶片叶轮总的湍动能比原型叶轮的小;在一个旋转周期内所应的每个时间点上,穿孔叶片所产生的汽泡分布区域比原型叶轮小;穿孔叶片可以有效地减少由空化所产生的振动、噪声.In order to study the instable cavitation characteristics of centrifugal pump after blade perfora ting at its inlet edge, a centiifugal pump with low specific speed was taken as investigation object and the SST turbulence mode and Zwart cavitation model were taken as basis to study the flow characteristics and pressure pulsation characteristics of the impeller before and after blade perforation at its inlet edge. It was found by the study that for a centrifugal pump with punching at the blade for low specific speed, the distribution scope of the low-pressure area would be less than that of the prototype and the pressure gradi ent would change faster than the prototype when the blade was perforated. The total turbulence energy of the perforated impeller would be less than that of the prototype impeller under the condition of cavitation;At each point of time in a rotation cycle, the distribution area of bubble produced by perforated blade would be less than the prototype impeller, so that the perforated blade could effectively reduce the vibra tion and noise caused by cavitation.
