摘 要:叉型叶根结构作为常用的叶根型式之一,在役检测时,因其结构复杂及检测空间受限,常规方法往往很难达到预期的检测效果。采用超声相控阵技术对叉型叶根进行检测,并设计制作相应的调试和对比试块。通过在不同位置对叉型叶根内外弧不同深度模拟缺陷进行检测,并用软件与结构图纸进行1:1拟合对比分析,全面地测试和分析了其检测效果,得出叶根的弧形面和端角产生的结构波会与缺陷波产生复杂的干涉,在对叶根进行检测时,探头应适当往中间侧移动并适当提高检测灵敏度,以保证最佳的检测效果。Fork style bladeroot is one of the common blade types.The structure is complex and the detection spaceis narrow,traditional detection method is difficult to achieve without disassembly detection.In this article,ultrasonic phased array technology is used,and design and make corresponding debugging and comparison block.The defects of the simulation of the inner and outer arcs of the fork style bladeroot at different positions were detected,special software was used to compare and analyze the image data with the structure drawing 1:1,a comprehensive test and analysis of its detection effect.It is concluded that the structural wave generated by the curved surface and end angle of the blade root will have complex interference with the defect wave.When detecting the blade root,the probe should be moved to the middle side and the detection sensitivity should be improved to ensure the best detection effect.
