摘 要:以某电厂350MW供热机组为研究对象,机组进行低压缸零出力改造后低压缸进汽流量骤降,最低流量仅为20t/h,导致运行工况远远偏离设计值而影响末级叶片的安全性,运用数值模拟软件CFX,分析了不同低压缸进汽流量下末级叶栅流场特性。结果表明,低压缸进汽流量在20t/h时,末级叶栅气流脱离严重,当流量为500t/h时,末级叶栅流场光滑平稳,模拟结果对供热机组低压缸零出力改造具有一定指导性意义。A 350 MW heat-supply unit in a power plant was retrofitted with zero-output low-pressure cylinder.After retrofitting,the inlet flow rate of low-pressure cylinder dropped sharply,and the minimum flow rate was only 20 t/h,which caused the operation condition to deviate from the design value.In this paper,the safety of the last stage blade is analyzed by using CFX software.The results show that the last stage cascade is severely detached when the inlet flow rate of the low pressure cylinder is 20 t/h.When the inlet flow rate of the low pressure cylinder is 500 t/h,the flow field of the last stage cascade is smooth and smooth,and the simulation results are low to the heating unit.It is instructive to retrofit the zero output of cylinder.
