摘 要:介绍了汽轮机动叶水蚀的形成机理,分析了水蚀的影响因素和不同负荷下的水蚀侵蚀指数的变化趋势,实测了两台同类型核电汽轮机首个运行周期后低压末级动叶水蚀情况,经理论分析和实测证实,汽轮机低负荷运行将加速低压末级动叶的水蚀速率,且无法通过优化机组运行参数来降低低压末级动叶的水蚀速率。提出机组大修期间需加强对低压末级动叶水蚀情况的测量和评估。This paper introduces the formation mechanism of water erosion of steam turbine moving blades,analyses the influencing factors of water erosion and the changing trend of water erosion index under different loads,and measures the water erosion of low pressure last stage moving blades after the first operation cycle of two nuclear power turbines of the same type.The theoretical analysis and practical measurement prove that low load operation of steam turbines will accelerate the water erosion rate of low pressure last stage moving blades.The water erosion rate of the low-pressure last stage moving blade can not be reduced by optimizing the operating parameters of the unit.It is pointed out that the measurement and evaluation of the water erosion of the low pressure last stage moving blades should be strengthened during the overhaul of the unit.
