摘　　要：探讨针织布面横档产生的原因并提出相应的控制措施。结合生产实际,对针织布面横档的影响、种类及产生原因进行了具体阐述与分析,并提出了相应的预防和控制措施。指出:布面横档产生的原因复杂而多样,除了对纺纱原料和配棉严格把关之外,还要对纺织生产印染的各环节加强管理,并对出现的布面横档进行认真分析,区分责任,妥善处理,最大程度减小损失。The causes of cross bar on the surface of knitted fabric were discussed and the corresponding control measures were put forward.Combining the practical production,the influence,category and causes of cross bar on the surface of knitted fabric were explained and analyzed in detail.The corresponding prevention and control measures were put forward.It was pointed out that the causes of the cross bar on the fabric surface were complicated and various.Besides the strict check on the yarn raw material and cotton assorting,management in each process of spinning,weaving,printing and dyeing should be strengthened.The cross bar should be carefully analyzed.The responsibility should be distinguished and properly treated.Then,the loss can be minimized.
