摘 要:测试醋青纤维的力学性能和摩擦性能,采用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱仪观察并分析纤维的微观形貌和结构;因醋青纤维是对腈纶分子级水平上的改性,结合腈纶相应性能测试结果进行比较。结果表明:通过分子级水平的改性,醋青纤维中引入了醋酸纤维素的特征吸收峰,从而使纤维具有良好的吸湿性;醋青纤维强度与腈纶接近,但断裂伸长率略高。The mechanical property and friction of acetate acrylic composite fiber were tested.Scanning electron microscope and infrared spectrometer were used to observe and analyze the microtopography and structure of the fibers.Since acetate acrylic composite fiber was by the modification of acrylic on molecule level,it was compared with the test results of the corresponding properties for acrylic.The test results showed that the acetate acrylic composite fiber has excellent moisture absorption property because the characteristic absorption peak of cellulose acetate fiber was introduced to acetate acrylic composite fibers by the modification on molecule level.The tensile strength of acetate acrylic composite fiber was close to that of acrylic,but the blending elongation was slightly higher.
