摘 要:探讨三电极系统对机织物厚度和电阻测试结果的影响,并与ZC36型高阻计测试结果进行对比。以4种机织物为试验材料,介绍了体积电阻率、表面电阻率、电阻率偏差率和厚度偏差率的计算方法。测试分析了电极压力对织物厚度、厚度偏差率、织物电阻率等的影响。结果表明:三电极系统能保证在轻压下电极与织物之间的有效接触,显著改善ZC36型高阻计测试织物电阻的不足之处。认为:在轻质极板压力下,该系统测试机织物电阻具有可行性。The influence of three electrode system on the test results of thickness and resistance for woven fabrics were discussed.And the result was compared with the test results from ZC36 megger.Four kinds of woven fabrics were taken as the experimental material.The calculation method of volume resistance,surface resistance,resistance deviation ratio and thickness deviation ratio were introduced.The influence of electrode pressure on the fabric thickness,thickness deviation ratio,fabric resistance rate and so on were tested and analyzed.The test results showed that three electrode system could ensure the effective contact between electrode and fabrics under light pressure.The disadvantage of ZC36 megger on fabric resistance testing was obviously improved.It is considered that it is feasible to test the resistance of woven fabric with the system under the light electrode pressure.
