摘　　要：总结阻燃粘胶羊毛混纺防熔融金属飞溅面料的开发要点。通过分析熔融金属飞溅过程,确定了产品开发思路;分析了阻燃粘胶和羊毛特点,与锦纶、对位芳纶和导电纤维进行混纺,按照精梳毛纺工艺生产了防熔融金属飞溅面料,并测试了其性能。结果表明:面料表现出了良好的阻燃性能,且具有一定的耐洗涤性;在特定的环境中,对熔融金属溶液具有良好的防护性能。认为:开发的防熔融飞溅面料可以为相关作业人员提供有效的安全防护。The development key points of flame retardant viscose wool blended molten metal splashing resistant fabric were summarized.By analyzing the splashing process of molten metal,the development thought of product was confirmed.The property of flame retardant viscose and wool were analyzed.The melt splashing resistant fabric was produced following the worsted spinning process by blended spinning with polyamide,para aramid and conductive fiber.Its properties were tested.The test results showed that the fabric had excellent flame retardant property.And it has a certain launderability.Under specific conditions,it had excellent protection property against melted metal solution.It is considered that the developed melt splashing resistant fabric can provide efficient safety protection for the related operating personel.
