两种集聚纺形式的使用效果分析

摘　　要：探讨集聚纺纱的应用实践。分析了三罗拉集聚纺和四罗拉集聚纺在纺纱中的优缺点,并对比了两种集聚纺的纺纱质量指标以及两者在专件器材特别是胶辊方面的消耗情况。认为:两种集聚纺纱方式各有所长,应进一步加大技术研发力度,一方面稳定提高纺纱质量,另一方面降低专件器材的消耗。特别是绪森集聚纺新开发的升级版可翻转式倚丽特胶辊在纺纱中的应用,减少了胶辊的用量,为企业节约了生产成本。Application practice of condensed spinning was discussed.Advantages and disadvantages of three roller condensed spinning and four roller condensed spinning in spinning process were analyzed.Two kinds of condensed spinning quality indexes and consumption of special equipment,especially rubber-covered roll were compared.It is considered that two kinds of condensed spinning have their own advantages.It is necessary to further increase research and development of technology,on the one hand,spinning quality should be improved stably,on the other hand,consumption of special equipment should be reduced.In particular,SUSSEEN condensed spinning new developed upgraded version flip-top type EliTe rubber-covered roll is applied in spinning process,comsumption of rubber-covered roll is reduced and production cost for enterprise is saved.
