摘 要:为了解决包芯纱纺纱过程中由于芯纱与短纤无法精确定位而对纱线包覆结构和成纱性能产生的影响,设计建立了包芯纱集合器装置模型,分析了其纺纱过程中有限元模型并预测了长丝与短纤运动状态和成纱性能。提出了3种对照试验方案,对比研究了3种方案所纺包芯纱的表观结构、条干、毛羽和强力性能。结果表明:相比于导丝轮定位的包芯纱,前区集合器中长丝与短纤在加捻三角区底部结合,提高了三角区高度,形成包缠结构复合纱线,可有效改善成纱毛羽,但未能达到包芯结构要求;后区集合器对芯纱与须条在钳口线前定位结合,可消除芯纱径向压力导致的露芯,提高纱线包覆性能,同时表现出更好的条干、毛羽和强力性能。Core yarn and staple yarn could not be accurately positioned in the spinning process which had influence on covered structure and property of core-spun yarn.In order to solve the problem,core-spun yarn collector device model was designed and set up.Finite element model in the spinning process was analyzed.Filaments and staple fibers motion state and yarn properties were predicted.Three compared trials were proposed.Apparent structure,evenness,hairiness and strength of core-spun yarn with three schemes were compared and studied.The results showed that compared with core-spun yarn which was positioned by godet wheel,filaments in the front zone collector and staple fiber were combined at the bottom of twisted triangle.Height of twisted triangle zone was raised.A composite yarn with covered structure was formed and hairiness can be effectively improved.But the core structure requirerments were not met.Core yarn and strand were positioning combined in front of nip line by the rear zone collector.Core yarn leakage caused by radial pressure was eliminated.Covering property of yarn was improved.At the same time,evenness,hairiness and strength property of yarn were better.
