摘　　要：毕节职业技术学院的固定资产管理现状为缺人、缺设备、缺系统,多部门管理,笔者采用面向对象的思想进行研究,拟为将来设计一套专门针对学院自身管理特点的系统打下基础。引入云计算部署的想法,在院校固定资产管理系统上是一个创新。笔者做了以下工作:一是对本课题的选题背景、意义和现状进行了深入研究;二是对SQLServer数据库技术、UML建模技术、Visio建模工具、云计算技术以及架构技术开展了认真研究,并对下一步的工作进行了展望,旨在为下一步对系统进行整体性设计奠定坚实的基础。The present situation of fixed assets management in Bijie Vocational and Technical College is lack of personnel, equipment, system and multi-department management. The object-oriented idea is used to study it. It is intended to lay a foundation for designing a system specially for the management characteristics of the College in the future.Introducing the idea of cloud computing deployment is an innovation in the fixed assets management system of colleges and universities.. The author firstly did a lot of research in background, significance and current situation of this topic;secondly studied the database technology of SQL Server, UML modeling technology, Visio modeling tools, cloud computing technology and architecture technology carefully, and prospected the future work.This paper lays a solid foundation for the next step of the overall design of the system.
