摘　　要：随着科学技术的不断发展,新兴技术开始广泛应用在人们的工作、生活中,可以说计算机网络化运行模式已经与人们的生活相辅相成。但是网络工程建设会对生产能力、生产活动的运行效率产生影响,要解决此问题则需要相关技术人员,利用管控机制、故障检测机制构建运维体系。软件编程项目所搭建的基本构架其实为了满足网络服务需求,在接口技术的支持下,实现信息、数据安全传递,因此在接口处建立有效的数据处理模型,能充分实现数据运维优化,提升数据信息的稳定性。笔者在分析计算机网络数据库概念以及发展现状的基础上,深入研究了计算机软件工程的数据库编程技术。With the continuous development of science and technology, emerging technologies have been widely used in people's work and life. It can be said that the operation mode of computer network has complemented people's life. However, network engineering construction will have an impact on production capacity and operation efficiency of production activities. To solve this problem, relevant technical personnel are needed to build operation and maintenance system by using management and control mechanism and fault detection mechanism. In fact, the basic framework of software programming project is to meet the needs of network services. With the support of interface technology, information and data can be transferred safely. Therefore, the establishment of an effective data processing model at the interface can fully realize the optimization of data operation and maintenance and improve the stability of data information. Based on the analysis of the concept and development status of computer network database, the author deeply studies the database programming technology of computer software engineering.
