摘 要:随着国民经济的发展,人们对乳品的需求也日益增大。首先,对大数据时代下国内外乳品市场现状进行介绍,然后,对大数据处理与分析流程进行了探讨与描述,最后,以乳业大数据为例,利用数据分析工具对其运营状况、招聘画像、品牌热度等进行数据分析与挖掘,准确评估企业现状,指出乳业大数据分析的挑战及相应对策,合理预测未来前景,助力企业科学决策。With the development of national economy,people’s demand for dairy products is increasing day by day.First of all,the current situation of the dairy market at home and abroad under the era of big data was introduced,then,for large data processing and analysis process were discussed and described.Finally,taking big data of dairy industry as an example,data analysis and mining on its operation status,recruitment portrait and brand popularity were conducted using data analysis tools to evaluate the enterprise present situation.The challenges of the dairy industry big data analysis and corresponding countermeasure were pointed out,which could predict the future prospects and help enterprises make scientific decisions.
