摘　　要：施工环境的影响和施工程序的操作不当均会引起混凝土墙体裂缝的产生,若不及时采取措施,不仅影响建筑物的外观,还会降低建筑物的抗承载力,甚至会造成建筑物的倒塌等不良后果.以淮安市清江浦区某住宅小区为背景,利用裂缝宽度和深度测试仪,探测了顶层墙体裂纹分布特征,阐明了裂缝产生的原因,提出了合理的防治措施,保障了居民的安全.The influence of construction environment and improper operation of construction procedures can lead to the occurrence of cracks in the concrete wall.If the measures are not taken in time,not only the appearance of the building will be affected,but also the bearing capacity of the building will be reduced,and it can also cause buildings to collapse and other undesirable phenomena.Based on a residential community in Qingjiangpu district of Huai'an city,this paper explores the crack distribution characteristics of the top wall by using crack width and depth tester,clarifies the cause of crack formation,and puts forward reasonable prevention measures to ensure the safety of residents.
