摘　　要：针对苏北农村生活污水处理等一系列问题,分析了苏北农村生活污水从无到有的形成过程,以及各阶段相应的生活污水处理政策和实施内容的演变过程.重点阐述了农村生活污水处理比选所涉及的排放水量与水质、处理原则与工艺流程比选、处理设施建设与维护管理控制、农村生活污水处理工程技术应用历程,并就设计、施工中存在的问题,提出相应对策以保证乡镇、村庄污水处理全覆盖和正常运行落到实处.In view of a series of problems such as rural domestic sewage treatment in northern Jiangsu,the formation process of rural domestic sewage in northern Jiangsu from scratch and the evolution process of corresponding domestic sewage treatment policies and implementation contents in each stage are analyzed.This paper focuses on the comparison and selection of discharge water and water quality,treatment principles and process flow,construction and maintenance of treatment facilities,management and control,and application of rural domestic sewage treatment engineering technology.In order to ensure the full coverage and normal operation of wastewater treatment in towns and villages,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems in design and construction.
