摘  要:氟啶脲是一种苯甲酰脲类几丁质合成抑制剂。氟啶脲对家蚕的毒性试验表明:50 g/L氟啶脲乳油对家蚕3龄起蚕的LC50为0.1785 mg/L,毒性等级为剧毒;中毒蚕发育迟缓,表皮易破裂,其毒性作用较慢。氟啶脲对家蚕无明显的熏蒸毒性,但在桑叶上的毒性残留很长,50 g/L氟啶脲乳油4000倍处理的桑叶,65 d仍可使3龄蚕死亡率达到100%,5龄蚕少数未死亡蚕即使吐丝结茧,但不能化蛹。Chlorfluazuron is a benzoyl urea chitin synthesis inhibitor. The toxicity test of fluridine urea to silkworm showed that the LC50 of 50 g/L chlorfluazuron emulsifiable oil was 0.1785 mg/L for the third instar silkworm, and the toxicity grade was very toxic. The growth of poisoned silkworm was slow, their epidermis was easy to break, and its toxicity effect was slow. Chlorfluazuron has no obvious fumigation toxicity to silkworm, but the toxicity residues on mulberry leaves are very long. The mortality rate of third-instar silkworm larvae can still reach 100% if fed with mulberry leaves treated with 4000 times of 50 g/L chlorfluazuron emulsifialbe oil after 65 days. Even if a few larvae could develop to fifth-instar and spin cocoons, they still could not pupate.
