摘　　要：本文从新旧动能转换战略出发,旨在构建一套乡村振兴的评价指标体系,以山东省昌邑市为例,对乡村发展的现状、问题和态势进行测度,以期提出新旧动能转换视角下昌邑乡村振兴的多项政策建议.Starting from the transformation strategy of new and old kinetic energy, this paper aims to construct a set of evaluation index system for rural revitalization, taking Changyi City, Shandong Province as an example, to measure the present situation, problems and situation of rural development. Attempts to put forward proposals of the rural revitalization from the perspective of the new and old kinetic energy conversation.
