呼包鄂城市群经济增长质量提升研究

摘　　要：新时代下,提升经济增长质量是推动社会不断发展的战略要求。本文在梳理学者们关于经济增长质量理论研究成果的基础上,构建了包含经济增长速度、结构、稳定性、科技创新能力、福利成果分配和资源环境代价六个维度共26个基础指标的综合评价指标体系,并运用主成分分析法定量测度呼包鄂城市群经济增长质量指数。结果表明:2000-2016年,呼包鄂城市群经济增长质量指数整体呈现波动上升趋势,其中经济增长结构发展水平低是阻碍呼包鄂城市群经济增长质量提升的最主要因素。In the new era, improving the quality of economic growth is a strategic requirement to promote the continuous development of society.On the basis of reviewing the theoretical research results of economic growth quality, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of 26 basic indicators including six dimensions: economic growth speed, structure, stability, scientific and technological innovation ability, distribution of welfare results and cost of resources and environment, and uses principal component analysis to measure the economic growth quality index of Hubao-Er urban agglomeration quantitatively.The results show that: from 2000 to 2016, the economic growth quality index of Hubao-Er urban agglomeration shows an upward trend of fluctuation. The low level of economic growth structure is the most important factor hindering the improvement of economic growth quality of Hubao-Er urban agglomeration.
