乡村振兴战略背景下内蒙古农牧交错区农牧系统耦合研究

摘　　要：乡村振兴是农牧交错区社会经济发展的重大课题,产业振兴是乡村振兴的重要经济基础。内蒙古农牧交错区由于特殊的地理环境,形成了农业耕地与牧业草地交错分布,种植业与放牧业并存的产业结构,而农牧系统相悖是该地区存在的主要问题。因此,如何实现内蒙古农牧交错区农牧系统耦合发展将具有重要的意义。本文以乡村振兴为背景,以系统耦合理论为指导,在充分调查和查阅内蒙古农牧交错区农牧业发展现状的基础上,针对内蒙古21个农牧交错旗县区农牧业发展的不同特点,提出了农牧系统耦合的模式和加快发展农牧经济系统耦合模式的对策,以寻求农牧交错区乡村振兴的重要产业模式。The rural revitalization is a major issue in the socio-economic development of the agro-pastoral cross region. And industrial revitalization is an important economic foundation for the rural revitalization.Due to the special geographical environment, the agricultural arable land and animal husbandry grassland are interlaced in Inner Mongolia,in which coexisting the agriculture and animal husbandry industries structure. The inconsistant of agricultural and pastoral systems are the main problem in the agro-pastarol cross region. Based on the rural revitalization and guided by the theory of system coupling, this paper analyzes and reviews the different development characteristics of 21 banners in Inner Mongolian agro-pastoral cross region,proposing the coupling model of agriculture and animal husbandry system.
